Went in today and got threading and waxing done. She did a wonderful job, I will be back again.

I do not recommend this place. They finished my eyebrow threading in less than five minutes, and they did not even ask about my preference or how I wanted my eyebrows shaped. When I got home, I had to finish part of the work myself. The service felt very unprofessional. If you want to get your eyebrows threaded, it’s better to go somewhere that actually values customer service and provides professional care, because in the end, the price difference between a poor place and a good one is not that significant.

When I first started coming to your salon, I was very satisfied with the results. However, I have noticed a decline in the quality of the service every time another person enters the salon. It seems that this affects the time and attention given to my eyebrows, which are very important to my face. I have tried allowing my eyebrows to grow thicker, thinking that this would lead to a better outcome, but unfortunately, my experience has not improved. I have specifically requested that you do not touch the shape of my eyebrows, yet I often find that my natural shape is not followed. In particular, the distance between my eyebrows has changed significantly, which is not what I wanted. Due to these consistent issues, I have decided not to return for services in the future

First time here. No appointment walked in and was immediately seated. Nice lady did a great job on my eyebrows even my husband liked it.
